This spinach, pineapple and banana smoothie is not only nourishing, but delicious as well.
2 cups of spinach leaves
1 cup of kale
1 large banana
½ cup of pineapple
1 cup water
6-10 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
